The Fender Strat-o-Sonic "Dove I" was a short-lived model that went against many of the traditional "blood lines" with a chambered mahogany body, P90-style pickup and shorter 24.75" scale length. The dual-pickup Strat-o-Sonic Dove II and the later Strat-o-Sonic HH are slightly more common to find on the used market.
